EXPERIENCE    
Missy's previous experience includes work for a Multi-Million Dollar Food Service Operation as Divisional Manager with duties including Location Development and Design, Sales/Marketing & Promotions, Budget & Forecast, Personnel, Purchasing, G/L, A/P, A/R, Taxes, Financial Statement, and Money Handling.  The Operational Division was 40% of the total company's sales and revenues, and she was responsible for development and direction of a staff of approximately 90 employees and supervisors in over 50 Client Locations.  She started her tenure as Virginia Sales & Marketing Manager for the same company, developing and implementing a new Sales & Marketing Plan and providing designs for Business & Industrial Employee Food Services - Cafeterias, Catering and Vending Services, adding $.5 Million Sales the first year and $2.0 Million sales in the second year, more than doubling the Division's size.

Missy's experience also includes work as Sales & Marketing Manager of Grubbs Chevrolet, Inc. in Woodstock, VA, the family business started by her father in 1958.  She researched, established and operated the family's first Rental/Leasing Department, provided all Advertising and Marketing Support as well as New & Used Car Sales.  She also researched, developed and implemented the company's first Credit & Collection Policies and Procedures.  The dealership won the Woodstock Chamber of Commerce Annual Business of the Year Award in 1986.  Missy is a graduate of Chevrolet's Sales Professional School, Fairfax, VA.

During Missy's years just out of college, she worked as an Outside & Telemarketing Sales Agent for TDX Systems, Inc., Rosslyn, VA  (purchased by MCI Worldcom) handling Direct Marketing Sales of B2B Telecommunications Services Working within a team of Sales Agents to meet Weekly company goals.  Missy also worked as an Assistant Buyer - Corporate for Woodworth & Lothrop Stores, Inc., Washington, DC (a May Department Store Company) planning Sales Strategies and purchasing and merchandising for 16 Retail Department Stores.

During college, Missy worked as a Sales Associate for Leggett Stores, Inc., Harrisonburg VA (now Belk Stores). She held various positions moving through the ranks, regularly promoted, finally to the position of Divisional Manager in Hampton VA and then Winchester VA, managing two Assistants and 40 Sales Associates.  Missy also graduated from the company's Jr. Executive Development Program.  Most positions included researching trends, purchasing merchandise and developing In-Store Marketing Strategies.  Her first management position included implementation of the Harrisonburg store's first Computerized Inventory Control as IT Systems Analyst.
