How would you like to work on improving your skills? A PAID Work Adjustment Program may be just what you need to help you get ready to work.

Employees entering Friendship’s Work Adjustment Program will work with career services professionals from our Rehabilitation Staff.  Staff will identify the Employee's best skills from previous Work Assessments and along with their aspirations, develop an individual employment plan designed to encourage their personal and professional growth. Career skills training, also known as job readiness, helps clients understand the "dos and don'ts" of the workplace, how to "dress for success" and employer expectations. Clients also learn interview techniques, how to conduct an effective job search, and develop the skills they need to succeed in their chosen careers. Soft skills training helps Employees maintain a positive outlook and build successful workplace relationships. Studies reveal that companies are more willing to hire and train employees who understand basic concepts such as time management, dependability, problem-solving and customer service.  Contact us at HumanResources@Friendship-Industries.com
