NO rotted wood, broken glass, peeling paint

No doors over 84" tall

Storm doors must include ALL tracking

Complete window units

Must be COMPLETE units
(with all sashes and frames)

NO rotted wood, cracked or foggy glass

Mantels, columns, stained and leaded

LIGHTING: 

Lighting fixtures, lamps, landscape,

ceiling fans

Must be complete in excellent condition

Stainless and porcelain kitchen sinks,

pedestal and drop-in bathroom sinks,

fiberglass tubs, complete faucets,

low-flow commodes, hardware

Must be in excellent condition
No chips, cracks or rust

NO cast iron tubs unless claw foot

Low-flow commodes only (1.6 gal or less)

FURNITURE:

All types of wood furniture including

tables, desks, bookcases, dressers,

dining sets, beds, headboards

Must be in excellent condition
NO upholstered furniture

NO mattresses

New carpet, new carpet padding,

hardwood flooring, vinyl flooring,

ceramic tile

Carpet must be NEW and 10' x 10' or larger
Padding must be NEW and 5' x 5' or larger

Hardwood, vinyl and tile must be in excellent

condition and at least 25 square feet

Complete sets of door hardware & hinges,

any quantity of nails, screws, fasteners,

hangers and connectors

Complete sets only
NO Rust

Particleboard, plywood, paneling, trim,

molding

Lumber, trim and molding must be at least
5' long with NO nails or warping

Sheet goods must be at least half sheets

with NO damage

ELECTRICAL:

Wire, outlets, receptacles, conduit

Must be in excellent condition

Wallpaper, free standing wood stoves,

shutters, hand and power tools,
clean brick and block

Tools must be in perfect working condition
Brick and block must be clean
